I think about my dear mother. Her life was total dependence upon God.
Of course there is a story behind what I just said. (Another day, another time .) My point, Total dependence on God.
This is how one “makes it through “. Abraham left his country, not knowing where he was going, being wholly dependent
upon God. (Genesis 12:1) Faith, my friends, and accepting his word through reading, and hearing it preached, are means to victory.
Who does Gods Holy Spirit lead? Those who know, believe and trust him. He will lead, guide and direct(if we allow) our path, whereby
we are able to see our way, and discern the things of God. He had a demanding, compelling Spirit. “A man’s heart plans his way, but the
Lord directs his steps”.( Proverbs 16:9) We may do and say things contrary to his will, but He will never guide us to act this way.
The Lord will guide me. How do I know. Gods word, his written word, and ,the witness of His Spirit inside me.
May God bless all who read this. May He receive honor and glory.
Be encouraged today by reading his word.
Unmerited favor.
Giving us what we do not deserve.
Blessings that rain down on us.
The Bible tells us that He gives rain to the just and the unjust.
God wants to bless us.(Psalm 103:1-5)
We know when He has favored us with grace.( Exodus 3:21)(Exodus 11:3)
Gods grace: Divine assistance. Divine help. It is how we succeed.
This “grace”, called favor. How amazing is that? Pretty amazing!????
Gods blessings upon all who read this.????Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Proverbs 3:5
Lynda’s corner:
TODAY,God given.
TODAY, GOD promised.TO-DAY.
If we worry about tomorrow,we can’t enjoy today. We miss todays blessings.
It’s ok to plan for tomorrow, but we have to live today, for tomorrow is not promised.
Reflect on Gods grace. It is sufficient.
Happy “ Today” to everyone. ????
